Rental Rates

Weeks are based on a Saturday changeover.

Part weeks are considered during low season.

Prices include bed linen, towels and electricity.

There is NO SMOKING permitted inside the chalet.

 

Rates from £800 per week depending on dates.

Saturday only checkin during high season.

Booking : The chalet will be classed as reserved once a booking form and the 25% deposit are received.  

The booking form will be emailed on request.

A €0.83 per person, per night “stay tax” (over 18s only) will be added to the stated prices.

An additional £400/€400 damage (&key) deposit is payable with the balance, at least 30 days prior to departure. The Damage Deposit will be refunded following satisfactory departure inspection (reimbursement within 2 weeks).

Bank transfer in € or £ is the preferred payment method.

 

To pay by bank/credit card the booking must be made through the Homeaway / Abritel system. They add a booking / service fee of 5-12%.  But offer benefits including :  

Quote "Damage Deposit Protection - 100% of your damage deposit is covered if it is wrongfully withheld

Comprehensive payment protection - protects 100% of your payment against things like listing fraud, phishing, property significantly misrepresented, wrongful denial of entry, or uninhabitable property upon arrival.
Emergency rebooking Assistance - Find another holiday home should your booking be cancelled by an owner at the last minute.

Credit card payments can only be accepted via Homeaway/Abritel website and incur processing charges.  If booking through Homeaway website there will be a service fee of between 5-12% added to the rental price."
